Windshield Wipers Won't Park After Replacing Motor

1- Park mechanism stop tab.
It must be straight, and not ruined like this one.
2- Park mechanism removed.

Wiper transmission assembly under cowl panel on driver side. If your wipers will not park when you shut them off, a common problem (especially in the winter) is that the park mechanism stop tab is bent.
