Would replacing the seatbelts with new ones make the airbag light go off. Also so the impact sensor reset on these cars or are they one time use?

The impact sensors must be replaced after an accident.
The seat belts being replaced would make the light go off if the only codes in the computer were for the pretensioners. There are probably other codes.

You would still need to clear the codes through. So get the codes scanned and cleared and go from there.
