crazy battery
Won't start acts like dead battery.
If I wait an hour or two it starts. When I shut it off, it won't start unless I wait.
I am thankful for any help.

Could be a security issue, like a faulty Passlock sensor. You could also possibly have a bad or loose connection at the battery, starter, or ignition component/switch and you're just getting lucky coming back after a while and having it start. Your best bet would be to get the truck scanned to see if there any trouble codes stored in any of the modules on board. You may have theft deterrent codes, or other issues.

it is inside your intake chamber. you can just see it on the side of the injector block in the picture

fill ups take forever

you're in s-10 trucks but what years is your truck? What engine do you have? California or federal emissions?
You may have a stuck valve or a plugged vent hose. Canister purge valve, vent valve, vent hose or possibly blockage in your filler hose. Sometimes something gets stuck if someone tries to steal gas.

2003 Chevy S-10 Stall out
I have a 2003 Chevy S-10. My problem is when I turn on the air conditioner it shuts the truck off. If I turn it on while I'm driving it will stay on but once I'm in idle it shuts off. Please help

it's possible that the compressor is putting too much of a load on your engine. It could be there is too much drag on the compressor or the idle control is bumping the idle up high enough or the throttle body could be coked up and the engine is stalling before the computer can bump the idle up.
hold the idle up to about 1500 rpm and then turn on the ac. how low does the rpm drop? or does it still kill the engine? If it still kills the engine there is probably to much drag from the compressor.

Re: Checking the fuel filter
there isn't much to check on an S10 4.3L fuel filter. If you suspect it to be a problem you just change it. you could measure fuel pressure and volume and then install a new filter to see if there is a difference but then you already have a new filter on why would you put the old one back on. If you have a way to drive with a pressure gauge on the fuel port you could see if you are losing fuel pressure on hard acceleration. But even then it might be the fuel pump that is the problem. The fuel filter should be pretty easy yo change, just make sure you relieve the pressure in the fuel line before you try to remove the filter. The filter is encased in a metal housing so you can't see inside. It is usually done as a maintenance item. Every "so many" miles it is recommended. Or if you suspect it for a specific problem, you just replace it.
