clinging noise Dodge Magnum

I have a worn part on my dodge magnum,it make noise every time I a bump hole or anything, here's a pic of area behind the tire..... is this some type of Bushing or Mount??

I can't be sure from your pic but I think you are showing the upper control arm bushing. #1 in the illustration. there should be a front and a rear bushing in the upper control arm.

Or, it could be the lower arm. Lower control arm bushing or the tension strut bushing.

Thanks, it's definitely the lower arm,right behind the disc, under them motor. I appreciate your help!!
