1997 Land Cruiser Wont Start After Replacing Battery

1997 land cruiser. I put the wrong battery in this car and instantly shorted somthing out. Positive and and negative terminals reversed. Now car wont run.

This happens quite often when terminals are reversed. You probably popped one or more fuses that provide power to start the vehicle up. You're going to have to check each fuse, included mega fuses. There are multiple fuse blocks on the vehicle as well. Once you get the power problem solved, your vehicle should start, although it may have one or more warning lights on the dash illuminated. If trouble codes have set, they would need to be cleared.
