idle speed 1985 toyota camry

What is the idle speed its at 450-500, engine steering shakes, if I give gas to 850-900 it idle fine, how do I adjust it on engine pics please

What should my idle be adjusted to on 1985 Toyota Camry 2.0 Lt normally like what right now its at 500 and shakes

750 automatic trans
700 manual trans
however 900 to 1000 is where it runs smoothest
