Removed front tank. What to do with lines
Removed front tank. What to do with lines
I have a 1988 Ford F250 with dual fuel tanks. I replaced the rear tank and the pump inside it as well. I removed the front tank completely and just use the rear tank. My question is: What should I do with the two fuel lines that were going into the front tank? I tried connecting the lines and the truck stalled.. So, I capped both lines off.. Is that the way to go?
Re: Removed front tank. What to do with lines
Capping them off will be fine, just make sure they are capped off good, as you don't want any fuel leaks. It will run fine otherwise.

1994 Ford F-150 blower fan motor blows only on high speed but not any low speeds.

you should start a new topic. It will get confusing if people are looking for ford tank problems
you should look at your blower resistor. see if power is going from the switch to the resistor. If you have power in all the speeds from the switch but nothing out to the blower the resistor is bad. common problem. High works because it doesn't go through the resistor. High get straight battery voltage, (so to speak)
