where does the noise sound like it's coming from to you? Right front? Left front? front or rear? differential?

did the shop that did the work check out the cv joints?

Noise is one of the hardest things to try and figure out when you can't actually hear it yourself. Wish I could be more help.

My 2004 GMC Sierra was doing the same thing. Nobody could figure it out. So finally i started taking apart my front end. On my truck it was the brake caliper braket. It was freezing up. So i just greased it back up. Now problem is gone! I recommend getting silicone grease. It lasts way longer then regular grease. Hope this helps!
