if you have tcm problems why haven't you taken care of them? what kind of tcm problems? could they be related?

fuel pressure, injector pulse and spark. Need all three at the correct times to make an engine run. Even if fuel pressure is not there, some times external fuel will let you start bu other times it might not be enough.

there are many things that can cause a modern engine not to start. Best bet would be to hook up a scanner and see what data you can get before you start changing parts. Check for crank and cam signal. Check coolant and intake air temp. Check security. Check fuel pump relay... and more.

I'm trying to replace the trunk pull down motor in a 1990 El Dorado and the replacement motor has a plug marked 9 PED and the original is marked 11 PED with different colored wires in different spots. Anyone have idea how to rewired the plug properly or know where I can find out?
