accidentally put 2 litres of petrol in to a diseal audi A4 i then filled it up with diesal is that bad

is is not good but it isn't all that bad as long as you put a lot of diesel to go with that gas. Gas will change the ignition point at which the fuel ignites in the cylinder. It will also change the spray out of the injectors.

I would try to run the tank as close to empty and then refill with diesel again and you should be fine.

after you run a few tanks of fuel through I would recommend you change your fuel filter
