WILL BAD INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL SENSOR AFFECT GEAR SHIFTING?
MY CAR GOES TO LIMP MODE AND STAYS IN 1ST GEAR BUT COMES BACK TO NORMAL AFTER TURNING OFF AND TURNIG ON THE ENGINE.
AND MY GEAR SHIFTS WEIRDLY.

ITS SHOWING ERROR CODES P2004 AND P2015.

I am not familiar with cars from Spain. Certain engine codes will affect the transmission operation. If there is a problem that could cause damage to the vehicle the computer will limit everything to try and save the vehicle. That's why they call it limp mode. Just enough to get you off the road. Some vehicles will only shift in lower gears. Some will turn off the AC system to take loads off the engine.

for P2004/P0215 you should look to see if the IMRC (intake manifold runner control) solenoid is working. check the intake runners are loose or stuck (binding up), check the runner position sensor, check the map sensor. You should use a scanner that you can see the operation and has bidirectional controls so you can test the operations

running with a bad IMRC system can cause damage to the catalytic converter. That's probably why the computer will go to limp mode.
