I have a 1990 olds delta 88 , and the car ran perfect before replacing the harmonic balancer, Now it won't start, cranks just fine.

you should check your cam and crank sensors to make sure they are okay with your replacement balancer.

If you can get a scanner and crank the engine over, you should be able to get an rpm reading from the crank sensor. Do you have the correct balancer? Do you see the part of the balancer that allows for the signals for crank sensor.
