Oldsmobile Intrigue no start or turn signals

I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue I changes a left hand front turn signal bulb I heard a small pop now I have no turn signals at all and my car wont start no sound or attempt at all everything else seems to be fine

that is strange. check the fuses in the instrument panel fuse block, behind the right side of the dash in the right door opening. Look at the 10amp fuses for crank signal, bcm cluster and PCM, bcm, u/h relay. You may have blown one. If you do find a fuse blown and you replace it and it blows again take the bulb out that you replaced before and then put in another fuse. If it doesn't blow the fuse and everything else works you may have the wrong bulb or a shorted one.
