91 oldsmobile 3800 gas in oil
91 oldsmobile 3800 gas in oil
i have 91 oldsmobile with gas in the oil and it is a 3800, want start acts like the battery is dead, some say computer or the fuel regulator?
Re: 91 oldsmobile 3800 gas in oil
Most likely the problem with gas in the oil is the fuel pressure regulator. When they leak, gas goes into the vacuum line and causes a flooded condition. This can make it hard to start, ssputtering, stalling and a check engine light. Get it fixed as soon as possible or you will damage the engine since the oil is now contaminated and dilluted.
