2001 Aurora giving 4 codes, P0102, P0113, P0385 and P0102 pd, I am thinking probably the P0385 is causing my main issue, it die's driving down the road for no reason, starts right back up no problem but just shuts off without warning...???

Ok, well lets stat off with going through your trouble codes. The P0102 and P0103 are for the Mass Airflow Sensor. P0113 is for the Intake Air Temperature Sensor, and the P0385 is for the Crank Sensor. I would agree that probably the crankshaft sensor would be the most common cause for the vehicle to die out while driving, but any sensor or wire glitching out can do this as well. There has been at least one service bulletin about the crank sensors on your car, by the way you do have two crank sensors. I've also seen quite a few MAF sensors cause this problem. Seeing as how you actually do have all those codes set, you could have more than one problem, and worse case scenario you might need all of the sensors that codes have set for. I wouldn't recommend just throwing all those parts at the car without getting some real diagnosis. It would be money better spent to have a technician go over the car and see what you actually need. It could even be a computer problem or wiring problem and not a sensor problem, so getting it properly diagnosed is very important.
