Correction, not voltage. The PCM supllies ground. It been a long day :D
Confirm the PCM is grounding the wire for the relay.

Ok,

I've been busy so I haven't had a whole lot of time to do anything. Yeah as far as the ground for the starter relay it is testing out ok.
I talked to a guy in town here that I've had work done at before last week and he told me that they had one in the shop doing the same
thing. When I told him all that I'd done he said that beyond the shadow of a doubt it is the pcm and that they had one they could reflash
and get in there for me. Soon as I have some extra scratch that's what I'm going to do,

Thanks for your suggestions

2002 chevy trailblazer or GMC envoy my problem was a rear brake light had over 2 inches of water in it .that would burn several fuses plus it would affect the rear fuse box under seat it would affect the fog light big fuse that would affect the little 10 amp fuse ride...an like three other an it would only display service brake system on dash board ..drained water an put in new fuses for those that it kept burning an turned on perfect been running great maybe the check your light bulbs or the area where you install the light bulbs problem there affects a lot ....weird they build them so only they understand them ..
