2004 Chevrolet Suburban ABS and TRAC Code

2004 Chevy Subarbun 5.3 Vortec.
abs/trac cont lights on.
GM Computer codes = co110
Work done to repair this problem = trouble shoot code all voltages check correct cannot clear code whit control seperated and motor connection jumpered with test light, replaced control no help replaced hbvcu no help may have a defective relpacement control?
question = how would you access this problem.

The ABS control module may need to be programmed, or it is not the exact correct part number. Just because it came out of the same year truck, does not mean it is the same part number.
If it is the same, and the same code returns, then you may have a ground problem.
Have had several with the ground for the module is corroded. It is under the truck, on the left frame rail, sort of just under the drivers seat, toward the door.

Thanks for the information,to add more input , the control instaled was a new out fo box unit flashed on the vehicle with the newest gm software. Checked all grounds and cleaned did a ohms check ok, did a voltage drop test with a load on ground .ooo1 volts drop. Just will not clear code.

Does not make sense. If you replaced the EBCM and the pump / valve unit, then this code should not return. The EBCM just monitors the pump motor.
