It's a pain but you need to check all of the above mentioned parts. I just got my 93 Silverado
running again. Driving along, new 35" tires
in the bed, ready to be installed. Then out of nowhere the truck dies and will not start again. I could hear the fuel pump running, I knew there was gas in the tank. Got it home and ran Google into the ground searching for answers.After much testing, I narrowed it down to the pickup coil in the distributor. I replaced it and it fired, but not correctly.I had not marked the distributor and put the new one I backwards.You have some work cut out for ya.
