Chevy S-10 turn signals not working

so i have been searching and I've seen a lot of people have problems with hazards working but turn signals do not but my s-10 Chevy blazers drivers side front blinker works when i turn on turn signal but not when i turn on the hazards please help i have to undergo a inspection to driving test in my vehicle.

You might want to start by just checking and making sure all the bulbs are good. I've seen odd electrical issues occur when a filament inside a bulb isn't quite in the right position, or only halfway burned out.

But, more than likely you are going to need to replace the turn signal switch. This will require the steering wheel to be removed and the column to be partially disassembled. Not too bad of a job, but not for the inexperienced either, and there are some special tools required for the job.

This is a very common thing on the S10 trucks and Blazers.
