Blower motor 2004 Chevy impala wont shut off

Blower motor 2004 Chevy impala wont shut off
The blower motor don't shut off when key is off. Also can't adjust the blower speed. I have to pull the fuse under the hood to shut it off. I'm not finding any actual relays just fuses?
