Is the small 3-wire connector plugged into the ignition switch?

I shut my car off after it had ran fine and a few minutes later when I tried to start car, it wouldn't start. Lights in dash went crazy and clock reset. Only hear a clicking sound. Checked fuses and battery, both fine. Tried to charge battery anyway but it didn't help. Put new starter on, didn't help. Car still just makes clicking sound. Not sure what else to check.

It sounds like your battery is not getting through to the needed systems. Do you have some thing to check voltage? You should check the voltages while someone tries to start the car. Check the voltage at the battery posts, then between the negative terminal and the body, the negative battery terminal and the engine, check it at the underhood fuse panel and at the fuse panel inside the car. You may be loosing power between the connections somewhere
