2003 Chevy Malibu Parking Lights Stay On

2003 chevrolet malibu. Car locked key out but parking brake lights stay on all the time. disconnected head light switch, pulled relay out still lights stay on please help.

If you have some sort of non-factory alarm system on your car, i would disconnect that first. If removing the headlight switch did not help, then there must be a shirt circuit in the system after the dash and the relay. You are going to have to trace wiring to find out where there is a shirt to voltage. Possibly a problem inside the under hiid fuse box. If there is any sign of water on any of the fuses or relay (green corrosion) you would have a bad block.
