2003 monte carlo 3.8 liter, cranks no spark

what is the cranking voltage of a 2003 3.8 liter crank sensor supposed to be i have no spark. i have two signal wires a 18x and a 3x signal wire going to the ignition module.

both sensor signals should show about 7 volts on the waveforms

the crank sensor gets 10-12 volts from the ignition module and supplies it to two hall effect switches in the sensor. Each revolution on the engine shows 18 times (yellow) and 3 times (light blue/white)
