Need to know how to replace airbags in 04 gran am.

first- disable SIR. Point the steering wheel to the straight ahead position. Turn the ignition off. remove your key. remove the air bag fuse from the fuse panel on the drivers side of the dash. Then go to the passenger side of the dash and disconnect the CPA from the air bag module.

the steering wheel needs to be turned so you can access the T30 torx screws. remove the screws and pull the air bag from the steering wheel. Then unplug the wiring connector. Then disconnect the other wires for the horn.
