Where is the oil level sensor located and how do you replace it? Does anyone have an image of the location?

would be more specific if we know - what vehicle, engine and model year.

GM's oil LEVEL sensors are mounted in the oil pan.
Often an easy fast replacement -
Aftermarket part is ok for this sensor and they are inexpensive.
