Vehicle make/model = 2000 Pontiac Montana Mileage = 109000 Engine size = 3.4L tech = SF question = Where is the TCC Solenoid located on a 2000 Pontiac Montana?
SF: The TCC control solenoid is located in the valve body. The side cover of the transmission will need to come off to access it. In order to remove the side cover, the engine / frame / trans will have to be lowered from the van on the drivers side while the whole assembly is supported from above so as not to fall out of the van. This is quite a big job to replace.
