work done prior = changed battery, now radio will not turn on. Shows
the letters LOC on display

Hello and welcome. If you dont know the unlock code, you will have to this procedure below, give
my the numbers, then i must call the number in to get a factory code..
Then i will instruct you how to enter in the code.
GET YOUR RADIO UNLOCK CODE HERE
Press and hold presets 2 and 3 for about 6 seconds until the first 3 digits of the display code are
displayed. Write the numbers down.
• Press the AM_FM button and the second 3 digits of scrambled code are displayed. Write the
numbers down. The unit will revert to the initial display, prior to code retrieval sequence, after
approximately 5 seconds or if another button is pressed.
