question = i have a 1999 oldsmobile aurora,it hesitates on
acceleration,idles rough when stopped.

There are many things that can cause these conditions. Some common areas to check are the
ignition coils and plug wires. There is a good pic of what burned coil looks like in the 'how-to, tips...'
section of the site. you may also have a vacuum leak, or sticking injector(s). you need to have the
system scanned for codes first, so as to have a starting point for diagnosis.
