JK:
Sounds like all these things are related to an electrical problem. By what
you describe - especially with the gauges problem, it sounds like an ignition
switch problem. The ignition switch fials internally and does not supply
correct or any voltage to several different systems, including the ignition
and/or fuel system, as well as the gauges. you can try to cycle the ignition
switch very quickly several times and see if that helps, or remove the lower
steering coilmn cover and wiggle the harness of the ignition switch and tap
on the switch. This will sometimes give an indication of an ignition switch
problem.
