Battery Or Volt Light On The Dash
If the Battery, Volts, or Charge System light comes on the dash while driving, you need to have the alternator checked for proper charging and battery checked.
A loose drive belt can cause slipping of the alternator which would result in this warning and the battery will become discharged. The alternator may be failing, or system voltage is too low.
The car or truck may stall or not start the next time you try.
