Re: How to install Chrysler Pacifica a/c condenser
You're going to need access to an A/C recovery and recharge machine before you begin any repairs. Do you have one of those?

yes, But system is empty. old condencer has two big holes in it.
Re: How to install Chrysler Pacifica a/c condenser
Ok, well the quick version on the 'how to' goes like this...
Disconnect the a/c lines from the condenser, remove any attaching hardware and brackets. You may need to remove the radiator as well with the condenser. You may also need to remove the front fascia to access some of the bolts. It's not too difficult, just lots of stuff to take off first.

If the system has been open to the atmosphere for a while the receiver drier must be replaced, (or desiccant and filter assembly within the receiver drier assembly)
Before removing the a/c condenser note the locations of each of the radiator and condenser air seals. These seals direct the flow of air through the condenser and radiator. They must be replaced in the proper location to ensure cooling systems work as designed
After you recover the refrigerant, I know you lost yours to damage but as a rule you say this, disconnect your negative battery cable. (ground)
Remove the radiator closure panel. That’s the part that goes over the top of the radiator.
Remove the front fascia. That’s the grill and bumper cover.
Remove the radiator air seals from between the radiator and condenser
Disconnect the wire harness connector from the ambient temp sensor. Left side of condenser.
Remove the ambient air temp sensor.
Disconnect the automatic trans cooler lines from the trans cooler portion of the condenser.
Remove the bolt that attach the left side of the condenser to the radiator.
Remove the nut that attaches the a/c discharge line to the right side of the condenser. Disconnect the line and throw away the old seal for the line. Use a new seal on installation.
Remove the bolt that attaches the right side of the condenser to the radiator.
Remove the nut and disconnect the a/c liquid line from the condenser. Don’t reuse the seals for this one either.
Lift the condenser up to dislodge the lower condenser brackets on each end of the radiator.
Tilt the bottom of the condenser forward and remove the condenser from the car
