I had a bad right front blinker and a guy from the lube place tried to replace it. It didnt work.

When I got home I investigated it and as it appeared the socket that the blub goes in is bad. But a residual problem occured when the tech was messing with the blub.

I'm noticing that my dash lights (with the exception of the odometer and the indicator needles) arent working at night. Also the lights on the shifter and I also noticed the chimes arent going on when you leave the vehicle with the lights on.

Does anybody know if this is a fuse and which one it might be? This is a 2003 Saturn ION.

Thanks for your help.
