09 Chrysler Town & Country headlight problem

2009 Chrysler T&C mini van, Out of the blue the automatic headlight switch will not turn off the running lights. Everything has worked fine until today. Parked the van turned off the ignition and when opening the door the warning chime went off, then I noticed the running lights still on. Tried every position on switch nothing changed, also headlights never came on in the auto mode, they only came on when switched to manual position. Is this most likely the switch or is it a relay? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be a switch problem, or a control module problem, but probably not a relay issue. Electrical issues are sometimes very hard to diagnose, and other times not. With a problem like this, you really someone to look at in the van in person. You can check the basic things yourself like fuses, etc, but unless you're proficient with wiring and a voltmeter, and have a good scanner, I would not recommend trying to fix this yourself.

2003 town and Country driver's side window.

This is weird but I ve had good Luck here. Driver side Power window stuck about 1/2 way up. It wont go any higher. It will , however, go down...no matter which way you toggle the Switch. Being Winter this is sort of important LOL. Is this a Switch Problem? Rest of the Cluster works fine

you probably going to have to take the door panel off to see the window regulator. The motor is probably good if it runs up and down good but just stops at a certain point in it's travel. The motor turns a gear that pulls cables around inside the door. Sometimes the cable comes off their normal track and winds up wrong getting stuck. After the door panel is off you car visibly watch where the window regulator binds up. If you decide to try and do the regulator yourself get a suction cup that will hold the window from dropping down while you take it apart.
