It could possibly be the Idle Air Control valve which is right next the the Throttle Position Sensor you already replaced. You might want to try to remove it and check to see if it's suck or has an excessive amount of carbon build-up on it. If you have access to a scanner, you can command the IAC to see if it functions correctly.

Also, you might want to check to see if there are any trouble codes stored in the computer. Another thing can be the actual throttle blade sticking due to excessive carbon build-up. A thorough cleaning with some carb spray or other similar cleaner can do wonders for a heavily carbon-clogged throttle body.

Other things that are a possibility....a vacuum leak, and stuck open EGR valve, a computer or other sensor problem (this is where a scanner comes in handy), or even the possibility of the new part you installed being faulty.

What are you using to get that information? There has to be codes stored if there is a problem.

Try a better scanner, otherwise I can't help you.
