I have a 2003 Buick Century. My driving lights and headlights do not work. I have tail lights, stop lights and parking lamps.

you should check that your headlight fuses (HDLP L and HDLP R, both are 15A fuses in the fuse box by the right strut tower) are good and also check the headlight relay behind the glove box. you could also scan the body control module for the lighting too.

can you flash the high beams with the high/low switch? you might want to check the voltage on the yellow wire from the headlight switch.

Yes, I can flash the high beams with the hi-low switch.
