question = I PUT A NEW OEM RADIO IN MY WIFES CAR AND NOW IT IS LOCKED
THIS IS A USED VAN WITH NO OWNERS MANUEL I DONT KNOW THE CODE OR
HOW TO UNLOCK THE RADIO.

On this system, the replacement radio must be programmed with the GM scan
tool. Not only to re-learn the vehicle VIN (for theft), but also country code, volume
level, speaker options, country code, etc.
Expect to pay 1 hr. shop labor for this re-programming.
