Problem with my 2002 Chevrolet 4x4.

Question = before coming to a complete stop I can hear the anti
lock noise ,the brake pedal will get hard and truck will roll on or
keep going.
Answer: This sounds like a common problem of a bad front wheel
speed sensor or sensor wiring. What happens is that one of the
sensor signals drops off while the others are fine. This causes the
ABS brakes to activate. That is the feeling you are describing. To
be sure you would have to have a scanner on the computer and
look at speed sensor signals to determine which one is bad. Best is
to replace the hub bearing as it comes with the sensor and wiring.
