Problem with my 2000 Chevy Impala.
3.4L 3400 V6
tip/donation yes
GM tech = jk
question = my flashers are intermittent. Both 4 ways and turn signals
works on and off. I dont know where the flasher or module is. Where is it    
and how to replace if that is the problem. What do you think else could    
cause the lights to act up this way.

The hazard and turn signal flashers are
part of the hazard button / switch assembly. This is probably your problem.
First, do 2 things.
With the key on, work the turn lever back and forth vigorously and see if
this helps. Sometimes this will indicate a faulty turn signal switch in the
steering column.
Do the same by pressing the hazard button in  and out vigorously and see  
if this helps. This will sometimes indicate a faulty hazard / turn switch /
flasher assembly.
